VUBA Easiprime is an acrylic primer used for sealing newly laid concrete prior to the application of Resin Bound Surfacing. VUBA Easiprime is used to seal and remove porosity in concrete substrates, to enable a strong chemical bond between the resin bound screed and sub-base.
Easiprime is supplied in a 5 litre container and can be applied to most cementitious substrates, such as concrete and polymer modified screeds. The curing time for Easiprime is 4 hours at 15oC. Apply on to a concrete surface, leave to dry and then overlay using our VUBA 1m2 DIY Resin Bound Kit.
VUBA Easiprime is supplied in a 5 Litre bottle and 5 Litres covers 50m2 in one coat. Ensure the surface is fully wetted with Easiprime.

The VUBA 1m2 DIY Resin Bound Kit must be laid on to a solid base, a structure which is load bearing, not susceptible to cracking and ideally is permeable, our VubaGrid Cellular Grid Units are perfect for this, and are permeable.
What type of base can resin bound paving be laid on?
Resin bound kits can be laid onto our VubaGrid Cellular Grid Units, concrete (newly laid concrete substrates should be primed with Easiprime), tarmac, asphalt, or other hard landscaping surfaces.
