The Tile Rite Professional Angle Grinder 750W makes light work of grinding & cutting steel materials. The M14 spindle thread means it is also suitable for use with Tile Rite M14 brazed diamond drill bits. Adding the addition of the Tile Rite 50mm Mini Diamond Cutting & Grinding Disc, & the Professional 20mm Bullnose Grinding Wheel to the kit, also means that natural stone, porcelain and manmade paving slabs, tiles and bathroom & kitchen countertops are also cut with ease.

This professional grade angle grinder is supplied & fitted with 115mm grinding disc & blade guard. It also comes supplied with a cutting guard for use with Tile Rite turbo angle grinder blades. The anti-vibration side handle can be positioned to either the left or right, which is perfect for holding with either hand i.e if you are left or right handed. The moveable side handle also means that you can access tighter spaces, such as difficult to reach left and right hand angles & corners.

The Tile Rite Professional Angle Grinder comes with disc replacement wrench & extra set of carbon brushes, and has a power on indicator.

How do I use the Tile Rite Professional Angle Grinder 750W?

  1. Firstly, angle the grinder disc with the cutting edge of the blade or bullnose/disc/tool that you’re working with
  2. Start the grinder and let the disc spin at full speed
  3. Hold the grinder steadily with both hands, ensure that all sparks fly away from yourself and anyone nearby (keep away from all flammable materials)
  4. Allow the grinder to reach full operating speed, then apply to grinder to the materials to be cut gradually 
  5. Move the disc steadily across the blade, applying only the lightest pressure
  6. Move the grinder from the handle end of the blade and up to the tip of the tool 
  7. Maintain a constant pace to avoid uneven surfaces
  8. Do not apply excessive force and avoid prolonged use
  9. Test the angle grinder and tool on a sample piece of metal/paving slab etc prior to starting your project
  10. Always wear safety glasses to avoid grinding sparks
Hints & Tips for using the Tile Rite Professional Angle Grinder 750W:

Never force or bump the Tile Rite Angle Grinder onto the object, or let the disc hit any other object while grinding. Maintain the grinding disc at a 15 to 30 degree angle to the material being cut. Ensure the materials being cut, are stable, and held firmly in place, either in a bench vice or similar. From a health and safety perspective, and to put the least amount of pressure on your back/joints, where possible, keep the cutting and grinding work at waist height. 

Please note: It is super important that you wear safety glasses, goggles, or a face shield (with safety glasses or goggles) to protect against any loose flying particles. It is also important to consider if you will need to wear – gloves, an apron, steel toe cap safety boots, ear plugs or hearing protection, and a face mask may also be required. Ensure the floor around the work area is clean of dust, debris and any loose materials.
