Rapid setting and rapid curing, with it your floors can be ready to lay after just one hour.  Use this two-part product at depths of 2-10mm. It comes fibre-reinforced and can be used with an array of different sub-floorings.

Level IT Super Flex 30 – Pallet Offer

UltraFloor’s Level IT Super Flex 30 is a rapid-setting and rapid-drying smoothing finishing compound that, when applied to bonded floor coverings, you can be ready to lay flooring after just one hour.

A fibre-reinforced two component system, Level IT Super Flex 30 can be used at depths 2-10mm. Each 20kg bag contains a high-spec blend of cements, micro-fibres and graded fillers. Each bottle is a pre-gauged polymer liquid.

You can use Level IT Super Flex 30 with a many different types of subfloorings. It can even be used itself as a finished floor surface itself. Use Super Flex 30 with:

  • Sand and cement
  • Concrete
  • Calcium sulphate, anhydrite or hemihydrate screeds
  • Plywood – flooring grade
  • Rigid steel
  • Damp-proof membranes
  • Underfloor heating systems

Please note: UltraFloor Level IT Super Flex 30 is not a moisture tolerant formulation. Therefore, it is not suitable for pre-smoothing subfloors before applying a surface damp proof membrane (DPM) or a moisture vapour suppressant (MVS). It is also not ideal for applying where a damp proof course (DPC) is not present within the integrity of a building.

Application advice for Level IT Super Flex 30

You can use Super Flex 30 for depths of between 2-10mm. As a rapid-drying product, you will be able to apply bonded floor coverings to internal subfloors within as little as one hour. When installing carpet, allow 45 minutes and for resin finishes allow 24 hours.
